We departed at 8.22 in the dark. Looks like we are ready to do down the mine instead of a hike😀 Today we were heading to Corcubión on the coast. We traversed the mountain top on a mixture of roads and wide gravel paths and met several pilgrims. We were not in much of a hurry and by 11 we had stopped twice, so Bob now had three coffees! He was buzzing. Coffee 2 Coffee 3 with cake The scenery was fabulous. Wind turbines and deep valleys one with a with dam and a fast flowing white water river. The Landscape was a mixture of pasture for livestock, corn and forestry, mainly eucalyptus trees but some native as well. There were only tiny hamlets up on the mountain top.
